Returns & cancellations

Online ordering is not yet open. This page sets out the approach for standard prints from the collection. Full seller and return-address details will be confirmed before sales begin.

Changing your mind

For standard prints bought online, you can cancel from the time you order until 14 days after delivery. Let us know by emailing [email protected] with your name and order reference. You then have a further 14 days to send the print back.

Printing a standard edition to order does not remove this cancellation right. Please contact the studio for return instructions; do not send returns directly to the print lab.

Returning your print

Pack the print securely to protect it in transit. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Please keep proof of posting. We may deduct for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the print.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For a cancelled order, we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned print or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. If nothing has been dispatched, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation. When you cancel the whole order, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery charge.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect prints

Contact the studio so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and return method. Photos of the print and packaging can help us understand the problem, but your statutory rights do not depend on supplying photographs. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
